By accessing or playing Pirate Bellum (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access, download, or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or play Pirate Bellum. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to play the Game and accept these terms.

3. Code of Conduct

We believe in fair play and community respect. As a commander in our fleet, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or share offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Disrupt the normal flow of the game, chat, or servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including code, assets, graphics, designs, audio, and lore, are the exclusive property of Pirate Bellum and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

5. Virtual Goods

Any virtual currency, ships, items, or progression resources earned or purchased in the Game are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for physical currency.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be online, secure, or free from bugs and interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify players of significant changes by posting updates on our website or within the Game client. Your continued play after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
